One plus service is very very very…

One plus service is very very very bad.all staaf beheavier is very bad.
Device part not available in service centre any time.one plus all item very bad.and I tell all my friends n relatives for not purchased single item one plus.staaf is not responsible.

Worst service if you order OnePlus TV online

I have ordered Oneplus TV in Sept'21. Last month from 10th Aug, flickering started on screen and eventually increased. I contacted OnePlus toll free number for complaint. After 2 days of trying they took my complaint and sent technician which again took 2 days to come. Technician told that there is panel issue and they will change the panel within 6-7 days. Then started my suffering with repeated wrong commitment dates. First of all, You are not provided with any system to track your complaint status, nobody will receive your calls from service team. The standard answer is your part will come within 7 days. After much follow up I got to know they will replace TV, but then they are telling that TV not available. (This is big joke.) After calling many time now customer care person saying u will get TV within 7 days. Already for 1 month I hv suffered. Still no TV came. Today again I'm being told that TV will come within 7 days. Worst experience of lifetime.

trade in process was useless

I purchased a oneplus 10T during a trade-in offer period, I was offered £50 plus a £150 bonus as long as I shipped my old phone by 8th september.

Where I live, I have no access to Collect+ or DHL and during a support chat, was assured I would be sent a royal mail return label.

The response I got via email 2 days later made no sense in relation to my query, followup reply delays meant that I missed the cut-off and was charged the initial £50 discount and lost the opportunity of the bonus.

All further communication with Oneplus was unhelpful.

I ordered a phone and cover which was…

I ordered a phone and cover which was to arrive on the 13th September 2022. Never arrived. I contacted oneplus via their chat messages. Priscilla B was the first person I spoke via chat text message. priscilla said that to with until tomorrow and it will arrive. Today 14th did not arrive. Again I got on to online chat text message and spoke with a Jessica R. Same questions I was asked as previous only this time I was told it is still in the warwhouse and jessica she would IMMEDIATELY get an investigation started to see what the problem is. so frustrating. I was then told to give the 3 to 5 more days to investigate. Instead of saying Sir you will get your order in 3 to 5 working days some 7 day after order stated before I paid I would get it. If I had to know this was their standard of service quality I certainly would not have ordered. I still await my phone and cover.

Worst Customer service and support

I wish there could have been 0 rating
But anyways, do you know who would be better to pay money begger or one plus, for get about the money i wont even give my s**t to one plus... Worst of all their services are chargeable even in warrenty. Trust me if anyone could read this even if this is the last brand left in the world do not take it

Despite the big specs of this phone

Despite the big specs of this phone, it's slow. Feels like a Samsung s2/s3,
I have fast internet and 5G good signal but pages load so slowly or not at all, I'm going back to Samsung and this is off in the bin where it belongs

One Plus-Incompetence At Its Finest

If you ever desire to have your phone taken hostage, send it to One Plus for repair.

You will have the pleasure of not knowing the status of your repair, not receive a loaner, and be told that your repair part is out of stock after 3 weeks of them posessing your device.

But they will tell you in a cheerful yet hopeless voice "not to worry" and "please give us 24-48 hours so we can escalate this to the repair team." After 3 weeks of this I requested my phone back and it will be another 5-7 days for them to process the refund and return of my device.

What an absolute sham of a company. They make decent devices, but as far as the support they provide you may as well just throw your device directly in the garbage when it breaks.....There is no hope for a pleasant repair process.

A truly horrendous experience. Incompetant and frankly borderline criminal. Beware!

Horrible experience I ever had.Totally unprofessional as when I visited the care firstly the owner & staff members said ur device is in warranty & u will not be charged any amount during the replacement but after changing the power key they asked for money. I mean first they said it's free of cost & after 5 hours at report time owner asked for replacement & part money.If they had told me early for replacement cost i would have never replaced the part as I was in need of that money.At last i would have never recommend anyone to this service centre for thier any of the query.....
